Qc Senior Analyst, Lab Support (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

This is what you will do: QC Senior Analyst (QC Equipment & Lab Support) is responsible for supporting QC Laboratory Support activities within the Quality Control laboratory facility in Dublin. You will be responsible for: The role QC Laboratory Support Analyst is required to support QC Laboratory Support activities as follows:Daily up-keep and maintenance of Laboratory EquipmentGeneration of tag numbers for equipment, introduction of calibration/prevenetative maintenance routines and deactivation of work ordersDocumentation and equipment periodic reviewsAudit preparation representative for the Lab Support Team.Continuous improvement representative for the Lab Support Team.Support any LEAN lab activities and streamlining workshopsCraft scheduled weekly and monthly routine work orders on the CMMS systemGeneration and closure of change controls, CAPAs, action items and Effectiveness checks as required.Generate and update of SOP's and inventories as applicable.Ensure Quality Agreements and Service Level Agreements are in place for all equipment vendors and contractors. QAGs are updated every 4 years and SLAs are updated every year.Assist in additional duties as directed by the QC Lab Support Manager.You will need to have: An understanding of the methodology and analytical techniques used for biopharmaceutical testing.An understanding of current regulatory requirements for cGMP laboratory operations.AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
