Quality Assurance Administrator My client, a manufacturer of health and wellness products is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Administrator. The QA Administrator will work alongside senior management in the client's European hub located in county Galway. This position does not require previous experience in Quality Assurance and full training will be provided. This is a Monday – Friday office based position, with a 4.5 day working week (half day each Friday). The QA Administrator will report directly to the Global Quality Systems Director.
Responsibilities include: Assist GQS team with complaint processing.Organization of new and open complaints for team review.Support investigations and assist with documenting customer complaints with regard to the followingProduct retains for team review.Production batch record for team review.Monitor status of open complaints and report on open complaints and duration of same.Reporting of issues to related manufacturing sites under supervision.Management of complaint trending files.Maintenance of complaint logs and monitoring to ensure adherence to quality related deadlines as given by GQS team.Maintenance of process logs monitoring to ensure adherence to quality related deadlines.Meeting minute documentation and maintenance.Perform spot checks on and filing of quality documentation as needed and/or directed.Administrative duties as followsMeeting/interview scheduling.Screening of curriculum vitae for human resource needs.Additional duties as assigned.Requirements include: Previous experience within a Quality related environment is preferred.Experience in procedure roll out and follow up is preferred.Excellent attention to detail with high motivation levels and a willingness to learn is required.Computer Literate, MS Office suite.Flexible highly motivated individual with the ability to work on their own initiative is a must.Pro-active, practical and innovative outlook and approach to everyday activities.
