Position Description: The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist involves working with the Senior QA Manager to act as the First Line of Defense support function for SEI Dublin operations teams. It involves working toward a consistent, risk-mitigating control framework across all operations teams, resulting in improved client service levels and a scalable operating model.
What you'll do: Quality Assurance Testing: Ongoing testing of the functions completed by SEI Dublin operations teams including Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Centralized Operations, Financial Reporting, and AML.
Checklist and Procedures: Work with SEI Dublin Operations and QA Manager to ensure checklists and procedures are reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
Compliance and Internal Audit Testing: Ensure any findings and recommendations where applicable are actioned by the relevant teams.
Incident Management: Review of incident reporting including root cause analysis, remediation, and preventative measures.
Idea generation and ongoing assessment and improvement of operational service model.
Co-ordinate with technical solutions, risk, and operations to proactively and effectively move resolutions forward.
Management Reporting: Production of monthly incident and trend analysis reporting for SEI Dublin senior management.
What you will bring to the table: Experience in reviewing existing processes and implementing efficiencies and risk mitigation.
Proven experience with the production of high-quality and accurate output.
Knowledge of fund administration is an advantage.
Quality Assurance experience is an advantage.
