10th October, 2024Quality Assurance Officer – Day Shift About the Role: Join a dedicated and detail-oriented team as a Quality Assurance Officer! You'll play a vital role in ensuring that production processes meet the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Quality and Technical Management teams, you'll help maintain compliance across all operations while actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead corrective actions for non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement effective preventive solutions.Ensure all food products are accurately prepared, portioned, and packaged, maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards while meeting company specifications.Perform testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.Regularly calibrate and validate equipment, ensuring all food safety processes operate efficiently and effectively.Oversee facility hygiene by conducting environmental swabbing, monitoring cleaning practices, and performing internal audits.Monitor temperature compliance across factory areas, storage, and transport to ensure optimal food safety standards are upheld.Closely supervise factory procedures to guarantee adherence to both industry standards and legal requirements.Qualifications & Experience: A Degree in Food Science, or equivalent.At least one year of experience in food production or manufacturing.Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday, on a day shift roster.Please note: Due to the location of the facility, personal transportation is required.
