Our Client. is one of Europe's largest Steel and Aluminum Food Packaging manufacturers based in Kildare. They are looking to expand their Quality Team and are looking to hire a Quality Control Analyst for their site in Kildare. Reporting to the Quality Manager, The Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for comprehending customer quality expectations and manufacturing specifications to deliver timely and well-informed guidance to team members, managers, and site leadership through the analysis of quality data and trends. Job Responsibilities: Oversee all shift quality control activities, promoting customer product quality standards across all lines and shifts. Halt production and isolate products if customer requirements are not met. Serve as the liaison between shift production teams and the quality team, communicating quality and hygiene requirements throughout the shift. Ensure shift crews adhere to defined protocols and engage in quality activities throughout the shift. Handle quality control and hygiene incidents according to defined procedures, instructions, and standards. Ensure all logbooks are fully and accurately completed. Maintain all quality measurement gauges within calibration, providing initial fault diagnosis for suspect equipment. Identify high-risk activities, events, and trends. Work proactively with the manufacturing team, using initiative based on available data and information. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 Years within a Quality Role within asimilar environment. Relevant Third-Level Qualification Required. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Experience within the can-making industry is highly desirable. Proven ability to meet the expectations outlined in the principal accountabilities.
