The Quality Control Analyst I for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for The QC testing of products and raw materials in accordance with relevant procedures, the review of results to provide a free to fill status, system release and generation of COAs in a timely manner, as appropriate. This role is a 6-month fixed term contract. You will be a part of the Quality Control team and report to the QC Manager/Team Lead, responsible for testing both final product and in-process samples to ensure all specifications are met as per requirements. The essential requirements of the job include: The QC testing of products and raw materials in accordance with relevant procedures, the review of results to provide a free to fill status, system release and generation of COAs in a timely manner, as appropriate. Batch History Record review and release, as required Responsibility for generation of data including reporting and follow up on OOS results and the creation of NC reports or deviations, if necessary. Responsibility for rotated laboratory duties to include calibration, temperature chart monitoring, maintenance programmes, managing laboratory disposable stocks, housekeeping, autoclave waste management etc. The essential requirements of the job include: Level 8 degree (Science or relevant technical degree is desirable) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Laboratory equipment e.g. analytical balances, pH Meters, Pipettes.
