About This Job Performing analysis of in-process, raw material, final product and stability samples as per schedules in accordance with cGMP and all other regulatory requirements.Interpreting raw data and results as per written procedures.Carrying out qualification, maintenance and calibration of QC instrumentation as per schedules, ensuring relevant KPIs are met.Troubleshooting problems with instrumentation and implementing solutions to avoid reoccurrence.Executing instrument and method validation protocols in accordance with written procedures.Sampling raw materials and process/purified water.Supporting laboratory stock inventory.Communicating any non-conformance, instrument malfunction, accident or near miss to immediate supervisor.Participating in continuous improvement projects.Essential Knowledge & ExperienceThird-level degree in a relevant discipline.Positive, 'can-do' attitude with ability to communicate across various levels.Ability to identify improvements and generate new ideas, with an ability to embrace change.Pharma sector experience desirable.Why choose the Astellas Graduate Programme?
