Quality Manager (Commercial Development) Dublin City (site-based) €85k++ Package Our client, a tier-1 main contractor, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team.
This is a site-based role, where you'll play a key part in maintaining quality standards, managing compliance with BCAR, and driving continuous improvement on large-scale, high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain ISO standards and conduct audits as required.Investigate and resolve non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are effective.Develop and maintain quality plans, manuals, and documentation.Ensure site records and photographs are managed on digital platforms.Manage the BCAR process and oversee quality compliance on-site.Attend and coordinate meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and certifiers.Conduct walkthrough inspections to identify and resolve quality concerns.Collaborate with the Design Manager on product and technical submittals.Support team training and promote a culture of quality.Requirements: Degree in a construction-related discipline.5+ years' experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of BCAR and regulatory standards.Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital platforms.Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.Collaborative and proactive, with a strong attention to detail.To register your interest please contact ****** or call 01-632-1200 to discuss.
