Key Roles & Responsibilities: Supporting ongoing risk identification and management across all business units.
Provide guidance and support to business managers in maintaining their risk register, including risk identification, risk rating, and risk mitigation actions.
Oversee risk mitigation progress through close contact monitoring of risk register reviews and amend risk ratings accordingly.
Liaise closely with business managers to ensure appropriate close-out of incidents and complaints.
Take a lead role in trending and reporting on incidents and complaints across all businesses.
Support the Director of Quality, Safety & Risk with risk assessment activities as required.
Provide administrative support as necessary to the Director of Quality, Safety & Risk across risk management activities.
Document Control: Managing Policy and Procedure publication and renewal.
Monitor the database of policies and procedures and alert relevant stakeholders when reviews are required.
Audit the database for accuracy at relevant intervals.
Coordinate the approval and distribution of policies and procedures to relevant staff.
Support the Director of Quality, Safety & Risk in the formulation of new policies and procedures as necessary.
Supporting accreditation and audit programmes across all business units.
Coordinating and supporting ongoing programme of audit in line with best practice and accreditation standards.
Compiling accreditation feedback templates and managing document upload to online accreditation portal.
Providing audit reports to various committees as required.
Leading Quality and Risk Communication activities.
Designing and delivering quality, safety, and risk communications monthly specifically tailored to each business group for maximum value Manage the Quality Management System ("QMS"), ensure all quality and compliance standards are maintained throughout the organisation.
Manage and conduct internal audits according to an annual schedule and facilitating external audits - liaising with external auditors and staff at all levels.
Other Duties: As deemed appropriate by the direct manager.
Performance Review: Supervision is provided through regular meetings.
Performance review at 3 months, then at annual review date.

Excellent communication skills.
The ability to critically analyse processes and systems for potential risks/issues prior to implementation.

A 3 rd -level qualification preferably in Quality/Safety/Risk management.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
Experience in Healthcare and/or Quality and Risk desirable but not essential.
