Reporting to the Quality Training Manager, the role is responsible for Quality Training activities and at times the Quality Systems/Compliance activities in the Technical Department.
The internship will run for a period of 6-9 months.
What your responsibilities will be:Management of Documentation Compliance Manager (DCM) system.Provide Reports to site in relation to Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation System as required.Management of Documentation Archive for QMS documentation.Communicate with cross functional departments.Support of the site CAPA and Change Control process in GWWO as required.Compilation of site metrics to support Quality Training functions.Provide administration support.Supports Annual Training Agenda.Contribution to the continuous improvement in Quality Department.Supports Induction, Ongoing and annual refresher training.Update of area specific GMP documentation (including SOP, Records, etc.
