Quantity Surveyor (Senior) | Commercial Manager | Dublin & Kildare c.€110/130k, Car, Bonus, Pension, Medi, Hybrid & Benefits Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to join a leading residential developer with large-scale high- and low-density projects delivering thousands of units over the next decade across Dublin, Kildare, and Meath.
They are expanding operations, providing potential to become a key member of this growing business. Therefore, the role is ideal for a QS/Commercial Manager who is looking to progress to the senior executive management team.
Roles Description: Manage a team of junior & intermediate staff.Responsible for estimating budgets and pricing of Bill of Quantities.Project procurement including issuing tender packages, placement of material orders, and appointment of subcontractors in line with the construction program.Cost Management of multiple projects.Monitoring project costs and agreeing variations with Contracts Manager.Responsibility for Monthly Valuations & Agreeing Final Accounts.Also offering a 'work-from-home' option.Desired Skills & Qualifications: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.Ability to delegate and collaborate with staff at all levels.Proven years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager.Must be commercially and contractually aware.Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work.Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; Cubit or equivalent take-off software is a distinct advantage.
