Job DescriptionOur client is a leading Structural Steel Contractor with projects throughout Ireland and the UK.
An excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in New Ross, Wexford and gain project experience on large scale projects.Cost Management of one or more projectsProject procurement including issuing tender queries, preparation of tender reports and appointments in line with construction program to ensure delivery of project on time and on budgetPreparing monthly project payment applications and cost reportsMonitoring of project costs and agreeing variations with Design TeamReporting monthly to senior management on the financial performance of individual projectsRequirementsDegree level in Quantity Surveying min 2 + years quantity surveying experience working with main construction contractorsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills requiredExcellent IT skillsPackageCompetitive Salary negotiable dependent on experience and qualificationsFull-time permanent staff role with great career prospects
