Reports To: Technical Manager Working Hours:7.15am to 3.45.pm.

As a Quality Assurance Technician, youll work closely with the Technical Manager and production teams to ensure our products consistently meet customer expectations and Irish food safety standards.
What Youll Do: 1.
Product Compliance: Ensure products are processed, prepared, and packaged to meet quality specifications and customer expectations.
Verify packaging meets functional and aesthetic standards.

Corrective Actions: Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement long-term preventive actions.
3.
Testing & Inspection: Conduct tests on raw materials, finished products, and production processes to ensure quality standards.
Perform sensory evaluations, microbiological testing, and shelf-life assessments.
4.
Temperature Monitoring: Monitor and document temperature controls during storage, processing, and transportation.
5.
Procedure Compliance: Maintain compliance with Irish and EU regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and FSAI guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience Required: Experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
Knowledge of Irish food safety standards, including FSAI regulations, HACCP, and GMP.
Proficiency in testing methodologies and quality assurance tools.
Full valid driving licence & access to a car.
