Technical Executive - Food Dublin West Are you a detail-oriented food science and technology professional eager to excel in the dynamic food industry?

About the Role As a Technical Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the companys reputation for exceptional quality.
Working closely with the Technical Manager, youll support technical compliance ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities Managing Technical queries via email.
Completing customer questionnaires, including sending customer BRCGS relating documents.
Ongoing monitoring of supplier approval.
Review suppliers BRC certs and product specifications.
Checking if suppliers are up to date with documentation.
This involves contacting current suppliers directly.
Ensure supplier temperature data logger read outs are downloaded and saved in supplier folders Manage the (external) laboratory testing schedule and ensure products are tested monthly to the analysis schedule.
Log samples with laboratory and organise collection.
Review of laboratory results when received.
Ensure supplier loading reports are received and monitored.
Ensure all samples are logged on the sample tracker, receipted and stored correctly.
Ensure COA's are received from supplier based on schedule.
This involves contacting suppliers directly Monthly horizon scanning- TACCP/VACCP monitoring.
Assist in reviewing of specifications and 6 monthly reviews of one-page specifications.
What Were Looking For Previous experience in a food technical role is required.
Knowledge of HACCP and BRCGS compliance is required.
A qualification in food safety, food science, or a related field.
Good numeracy skills for data tracking and reporting.
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
A valid EU work permit.
