Rail Supervisor Dublin Are you an experienced Rail Professional looking for a new challenge?
Would you consider relocating to Dublin to work on a Permanent basis where there is great opportunity to develop your career?
As Depot supervisor you will manage staff and ensure the necessary fleet is presented on time for operations adhering to safety, technical and quality standards.
What you will be doing; * You will ensure tasks are completed to the required standard and identify quality trends and look to provide resolutions * Ensuring trains are safe to enter service and if a safety issues arise, manage this effectively * Provide work instructions so the team can achieve reliability and output targets * Act as point of contact for communication with other departments internally * You will drive continuous improvement and be involved in associated projects * Coaching of staff and monitoring contractors to ensure they comply with applicable standards * Review of maintenance specifications and propose improvements to Fleet technical support * You'll prepare and implement plan of work for each shift and account for any variances What you will have; * You will have previous experience leading a team in the Rail/Rolling stock sector as Depot or Workshop supervisor * Proven experience in engineering theory and practices * Experience of working on continuous improvement initiatives/projects * Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a staff * You'll have an Engineering qualification whether through apprenticeship or similar.

The salary offered is within the region of €75,000 - €81,000 plus benefits to include; Free Rail Travel in Ireland, Company pension scheme, income protection, annual pay increases, extensive training as well as other great benefits.
