You must have the right to work in Ireland and provide a valid visa to be considered for this role. Rapid Responder Healthcare Assistant – The RoleEffectively deal with emergency on-call issues, covering calls when Care Workers are sick or absent.Carry out all instructions relating to the direct care of clients as per Home Care Plan.Contribute to the protection and well-being of clients.Provide medication prompting as per Home Care Plan.Assist with personal care, showering, and toileting.Prepare meals and perform light household duties.Document care given and any issues of concern, reporting as appropriate and per company policy.Support supervisor with their role during quiet times.Compassion, good communication, and organizational skills together with a calm and caring manner are vital for this important role in our company.
