Your new company Our client is a multidisciplined construction company who are now seeking a receptionist/administrative assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Your new role You will obtain and maintain an understanding of the business operations, financial transactions and related systems.
Responsible for performing assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual transactional support with a particular focus on purchase invoice processing and data entry.
Assisting in the development of financial statements and reports.
You will provide support for a wide range of finance/administrative projects as required.
You will contribute to the efficiency of the accounts/admin team by participating in cross-training, sharing job responsibilities, and serving as a backup position for other team members.
What you'll need to succeed You must have strong attention to detail and a strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative and manage your workload.
Experience of Purchase Ledger management in a high-volume environment would be an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a challenging environment.
You must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
Good organisation and prioritisation skills and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
You must work well as part of a team and contribute to the overall team performance.
