Legal Secretary Temporary Contract Dynamic Daily Responsibilities: In this role as a Junior Legal Administrator or Legal Secretary the individual will undertake essential tasks vital for the smooth functioning of administrative operations.
The responsibilities encompassed within this role are aimed at optimising sorganisational efficiency and supporting team objectives: Assist in legal support activities, including maintaining client records and providing basic client assistance under supervision.
Aid in the processing of purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate in resolving routine queries, escalating complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
Assist in the creation of basic quotations and presentations, contributing to the preparation of materials for client interactions.
Provide administrative support to Principal Solicitor, undertaking tasks such as scheduling appointments and organising documentation.
Contribute to data management efforts by updating customer databases with relevant information and maintaining data integrity.
Assist in addressing basic customer queries and creating correspondence adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
Adhere to established administrative standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with organisational / legal policies and regulations.
Support the generation of basic reports, providing input and assistance in compiling relevant data for analysis.
Uphold a commitment to service excellence, striving to exceed customer expectations and contribute to positive client experiences.
Familiarise oneself with digital tools and systems utilised within the organisation, seeking guidance as needed to navigate and operate them effectively.
