Our Client is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in North Dublin.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Offer refreshments, such as tea, coffee, and other beverages, to customers.
Operate a busy switchboard, managing incoming telephone calls effectively.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional, efficient, and helpful manner.
Monitor and log incoming calls for tracking purposes.
Follow up on customer inquiries and carry out satisfaction surveys.
Prepare and update various reports for management as required.
Provide essential administrative support to the Service Department.
Process customer vehicle insurance transfers accurately.
Requisition office supplies, including stationery, as necessary.
Assist the ISO Quality Manager with various tasks when needed.
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will: Be skilled in understanding and meeting customer needs.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
Show enthusiasm and adaptability in their work approach.
Have a friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
Be numerically proficient and comfortable with IT systems.
Work well as part of a team.
Be flexible and adaptable in their approach to tasks.
Previous experience in the motor industry is a plus.
