Receptionist/Front Office Co-Ordinator - Immediate Start

My client, a recognized tech company, located in Dublin 2, is currently seeking an efficient, friendly Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for the key role of managing reception and provide on-going support to all parts of the business.
Based in Dublin city centre, the successful candidate will gain a wealth of experience in this varied role.
As Receptionist, you will manage a switchboard and greet visitors, delivering a positive first impression of the college to clients and students alike.
With responsibility for the Reception area and all meeting rooms, you will maintain a neat, professional working environment.
You will manage both domestic and international travel arrangements for the company and will also handle stationary supplies, post, couriers, taxis and other management requests as they arise.
This role is 08:30-5:30 Monday- Friday on a rolling contract for 6 months.
Your profile: You have previous experience of Reception and administration tasks, such as scanning, filing , franking, label printing etc.
You will have a friendly personality and absolute fluency in written and spoken English and are eligible to work in Ireland.
In addition you have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner.
Good attention to detail.
An ability to balance multiple tasks.
Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Exposure to general Finance administrative tasks would be an advantage.
Utmost discretion and confidentiality in all matters relating to work is essential.
An eagerness to learn with a strong work ethic.
