Proclinical is seeking a an organized Receptionist I to fill an Office Support Staff role at a medical technology company.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a positive office environment.Responsibilities:Greet and direct customers and other visitors to the appropriate place or employee.Issue control badges and record arrivals and departures.Operate a telephone answering system, directing callers to the appropriate receiver.Manage company voicemail and general faxing.Use computer systems to perform clerical duties.Key Skills and Requirements:Excellent communication skills.Ability to follow standard procedures and routines.Basic computer skills.Ability to provide information requiring little explanation or interpretation.No specific job knowledge of systems and procedures required, training will be provided.
