This is an ongoing week to week role Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage reception, ensuring a prompt and professional presence during operating hours.
Coordinate appointments, log client information, and manage calls, using a CRM system.
Handle information requests and maintain confidentiality when liaising with visitors and staff.
Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and well-stocked with up-to-date materials.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of reception experience, with solid IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM).
Strong communication skills, an ability to multi-task, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
