Receptionist Permanent Dublin 6 Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support?
Our client, a leading company in architecture is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their vibrant team in Dublin 6.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of the organization, ensuring smooth front desk operations and seamless communication between departments, clients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Excellence Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Manage phone calls efficiently, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
Maintain a polished and presentable reception area.
Administrative Support Perform clerical tasks such as mailing, scanning, and document preparation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Prepare meeting agendas and distribute minutes as required.
Communication Hub Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and deliveries.
Support the creation of reports, presentations, and other key documents.
Provide accurate information to clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Office Coordination Manage office supplies and liaise with facility management for repairs.
Organize office events and support team activities.
Maintain company records and databases, ensuring confidentiality.
What Were Looking For: Experience: Proven track record as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant, with experience managing a busy switchboard or multi-line phone system a plus.
Skills: Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
Attributes: A professional, friendly, and reliable individual with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
