Kiltipper Woods Care Centre is a leading healthcare providerin South Dublin who are seeking to recruit a full-time Receptionist for our extremely busy main reception desk.
The role is suitable for an individual who is seeking a career and an opportunity to work in a professional healthcare services environment.
Our receptionist is a vital member of our team and is the first point of contact for people entering the care centre and for telephone contact with internal and external telephone callers.
You will be working as part of a wider team of four receptionists who provide cover on opposite shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8am 8.30pm.
The position requires good attention to detail, strong organisational skills, time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What we are looking for is someone who will: Be available for up to 40 hours per week Be available for 8am to 4.30pm shifts, Monday to Friday.
Generally, shifts will be Monday - Friday, however, in exceptional circumstances we expect some flexibility if required to cover evenings and/or weekend shifts including public holidays and the Christmas period.Earliest start time at the weekend and public holidays is 10am and latest finish is 8.30pm.
Provide support to front-desk activities Good phone etiquette is essential while accurately taking messages and directingthem promptly to their intended designation Welcome and greet clients and visitors promptly upon their arrival and ensure they are assisted appropriately Ability to multi-task to effectively handle administrative tasks between phone calls ?What qualifies someone for this position?

2- 3years of relevant experience is desirable.
Ability to learn quickly and deliver with high levels of accuracy.
Must have the ability to provide excellent attention to detail.
Confidentiality of shared information must be maintained at all times Excellent computer skills proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent oral and written communication of the English language A high level of motivation and an ability to work effectively both on ones own initiative and as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment Training will be provided on all aspects of the role Must have a valid work permit What do you get in return?
