Join a Busy Hospital in Dublin City Centre South as an Emergency Department Receptionist!
Our client, a dynamic hospital located in Dublin City Centre South, is seeking a temporary part-time Emergency Department Receptionist.
This role offers a competitive rate of €18.55 per hour on a rolling contract of 29.5 hours per week, focusing on evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly.
Administrative Support: Manage patient check-ins and maintain accurate records.
Communication: Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Team Collaboration: Support the emergency department team with essential administrative tasks.
Essential Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with patients and staff in a fast-paced environment.
