Factor within our Front Office team.
The Front Office Team must lead from the front and both deliver and expect exceptional guest service at all times.
This role will be expected to organise, allocate and deliver all levels of guest accommodation requirements and exceed guest expectations daily.
Organised and professional is a pre-requisite of this role with both technical ability across the front office systems but with a knowledge of hotel operations gained from a similar role and in a similar setting.
This role operates from the front line and will be an integral part of the hotel's professional, exceptional and standards driven reputation.
The Position - Must be able to work independently and as part of the hotel Front Office Team - Must be professional, well presented and reliable.
A high level of written and verbal communication skills delivered across multiple mediums and forums - email.
