Job Specification Title: Receptionist Law firm (Part-Time role) My client, a leading corporate law firm is seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience as a receptionist working with multiple lines in the hospitality industry or a professional services environment, preferably legal, accountancy or financial services.
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package Responsibilities: Managing the Zoom phone system Welcoming corporate clients at reception Scheduling and overseeing conference room usage Ensuring conference rooms are well-catered and maintained Providing support for video conferencing and meeting setups Allocating parking spaces for clients and staff Handling incoming emails and faxes from central accounts Delivering general client services Arranging taxi bookings and dispatch Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments for clients Performing general office tasks, including photocopying Assisting with miscellaneous tasks as needed Requirements: Minimum of three years experience as a receptionist working with multiple lines in the hospitality industry or a professional services environment, preferably legal, accountancy or financial services Proven experience interacting with corporate clients Strong administrative abilities with the capacity to work independently Flexible and willing to provide additional support or work extra hours when necessary Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word Team player with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills A proactive and forward-thinking approach to tasks If this opportunity is of interest, please contact Olivia Wallace at the enclosed address.
