Resident Interaction: Cultivate meaningful relationships with residents by staying informed and engaging with their life events, such as new additions to the family or career changes.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, transparency is key and ensuring that we are attending to their needs promptly and professionally will lead to better resident engagement.
Proactively engage with residents to understand who they are, their preferences, interests, and any concerns they may have.
Event Planning: Our commitment to community is integral to our values, and you'll play a key role in organising events and engagements to bring residents together.
Create unique and exciting resident events to enhance the sense of community.
Organise and communicate regular events with our residents from pancake mornings to wine tastings, movie nights and sponsored walks, we are always looking for the next great event that will enhance our residents way of living with Occu.
Front Desk Management: Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and managing phone and email communications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt, accurate information, and solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
Plan and execute engaging community events, ranging from coffee mornings to wine tastings and movie nights.
Manage the front desk efficiently, handling walk-ins, telephone calls, and emails in a polite and friendly manner.
Actively listen to residents' feedback, identify issues, and assist in resolving them.
Contribute to building a sense of community amongst residents, the team, and the surrounding area through interactions and engagement initiatives.
Receive and manage resident deliveries through the concierge service.
Serve as the on-site liaison for services and amenities.
Uphold the company ethos proudly, consistently representing the company in the best light.

The perfect candidate will possess: 2 Years + minimum experience in a customer facing role.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Full driving licence and transport preferred but not essential Flexibility to work shift work, including evening shifts (19:30 finish).
Supervisory/Management experience preferable, but not essential.
A sincere enthusiasm for customer service and a knack for engaging with people daily.
An upbeat and outgoing personality we thrive on a positive, can-do attitude and a winning smile!
Exceptional communication skills coupled with kindness and empathy.
A stellar problem-solving ability, especially when navigating challenges under pressure.
Organisational prowess meticulous recording of issues and adept data entry skills are vital for the day-to-day responsibilities.
