Cpl Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Recruiter. The role is fully onsite in West Dublin.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers, identify priority roles and manage negotiations with candidates.Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social media.Responsible for stakeholder management skills by maintaining positive relationships with on-site management and external agencies.Maintain an up-to-date tracker of the recruitment process daily for immediate updates.Source candidates through online channels.Screen CVs and applications whilst updating candidates on the hiring process.Manage the interview process with stakeholders including post-interview feedback, offers, negotiations and onboarding.Lead and manage meetings with hiring managers to provide updates, solutions to hire, quantifying new roles, etc.Develop a pipeline of candidates across the business to support future requirements.Requirements:Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter or Agency Recruiter with 3+ years' experience.Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.Degree in HR or Business Studies including HR.Good understanding of Engineering and Construction sector jobs.If this sounds like a role you would be interested in, please email your CV to ******.
