Job Description & Summary: PwC Ireland - Bring Your Talent, Grow Your Skills, Unlock Your Potential! An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team as Recruitment Administrator. This role provides highly ambitious and motivated candidates with the opportunity to become a key part of an established team.
The role will involve working as part of a lively and growing TA team to lead the administration of the recruitment process, to hire talent on a timely basis, whilst ensuring 'Excellence in Candidate Experience'. This will be both a meaningful and fulfilling opportunity with the potential to develop your range of skills significantly.
Contract: 12 Months FTC (possibility of extension)
Hybrid model Purpose-led work you'll be part of: As a Specialist, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administration of the recruitment system (Workday) including posting new positions.Liaise with candidates regarding role or recruitment process queries.Manage the scheduling of interviews with candidates and interview panels (via Google Hangout and face-to-face).Prepare all interview materials for interview panels.Submission of work permit applications for candidates where required.Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates to support through the onboarding process.Compliance – ensuring employee files and records are up to date.Maintain, update and input employee records to the HR Information System (Workday) and ensure all information is accurate.Provide accurate information for regular reporting and be proactive in reviewing and improving processes to decrease the amount of time the recruiters spend on administration.Other ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects to drive continuous improvement.About the Ideal Candidate: You're probably working in a busy administration or junior recruiter role now but want to work in a dynamic organisation with more opportunities to learn and progress.Role Criteria: The successful candidate should possess the following criteria:
A qualification in HR, Business Studies, Office Administration or other relevant field is helpful.You'll have at least 1 year experience in an administration or recruitment role.Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build a rapport with people.Solid IT and project management skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and work within a vibrant environment.Excellent time management and attention to detail is needed.A strong work ethic.Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.Strong Excel and Word skills are a key requirement. Experience with Google apps is helpful.You'll need to be highly organised, be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and think on your feet.Experience of using social media networks for recruitment is a strong advantage.Unlock your potential with PwC Ireland: We believe that challenges are better solved together!
