Role: Recruitment Coordinator Remote Role Working hours: 10am-6pm / 11am -7pm 12 Month Contract The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities, building candidate relationships, and owning the candidate experience. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. About the Role: Scheduling phone, video, and on-site interviews directly with candidates and hiring teams ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience Updating candidate records in recruiting systems and confirming new hires Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency Initiating and tracking background checks Preparing offer letters and employment agreements Working collaboratively with Recruiters to maintain accuracy and data integrity Participating in compliance audits relating to the talent acquisition lifecycle Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed About You: 2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience 2+ years of experience supporting a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment preferred Creative, critical thinker and process-driven: you are constantly looking for ways to improve our candidate experience and to make things work more efficiently Incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail; Highly motivated, self-driven, conscientious Excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness Ability to juggle multiple projects, multi-tasking guru Strong computer skills and experience with applicant tracking systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure; Commitment to results and solutions oriented KSGalway Kelly Services, now part of Gi Group are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this role.
