We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our People Ops team on a 12 month contract. This role is a perfect fit for someone keen to build a career in People Ops / Recruitment in a tech environment. You'll cut your teeth in one of Ireland's fastest growing tech start-ups, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills at pace, while also truly making an impact on a high growth business journey. You'll do that in close collaboration with our VP of People, the People Ops team, and work directly with leaders across Brightflag. What You Will Be DoingCoordinating the opening, posting and closing roles on our ATS (Greenhouse).Preparing job descriptions, interview plans and other recruitment documentsSetting up and maintaining job posts on all job sites.Social media posting related to recruitment.Scheduling interviews.Coordinating between hiring teams, internal recruiters and candidates.Offering a first point of contact to candidates.Screening candidate CVs.Screening interviews.Coordinating travel arrangements for in-person interviews.Managing offer documentation.Providing ad hoc project support in this domain.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in the role, you need:
Proactive, can-do attitude, and high level of energy to build a career in Recruitment.A high level of detail orientation, planning and organisational skills to successfully stay in control of multiple workstreams and tasks.Outstanding communication and relationship building skills to work across leadership, employee and candidate groups.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Slides etc) or similar.An academic background in, People Ops, Occupational Psychology, HR etc. would be great, but is not a hard requirement. A strong motivation to build a career in this space is equally valuable.Prior experience in a Recruitment or People Ops role would also be a plus, but not critical.
