As a Recruitment Consultant you will be given all the tools to hone your skills within your specific specialism, to develop your business development skills and to improve your ability to increase market penetration within your area.
Your role will encompass client development and management, candidate attraction and management and creating an effective recruitment strategy.
Key responsibilities will include: Client Attraction Business development of new accounts Arranging and visiting clients Mapping out organisations, competitor analysis Networking with clients Working on formal pitches Recruitment Strategy Grow our existing clients Managing Key Accounts Candidate Management, conducting candidate registrations Lead Generation Checking candidate availability Obtaining candidate feedback Conducting candidate quality checks Briefing and prepping candidates for interview Pitching clients to candidates Taking placed candidates out for drinks and lunches You will receive: The opportunity to work with the biggest and most exciting businesses in the country, including multinationals.
