This is a busy role and would suit someone who has the ability to multitask and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

You will benefit from working with an experienced team of consultants and well as a supportive management a Recruiter you'll be supported by colleagues & managers with a wealth of experience in the recruitment industry.
The role will allow you to find new ways to develop your client base, give you the opportunity to work with the management team on new initiatives and projects, provide specialist advice to candidates and clients and develop and implement effective sales role will be focused on strong account / client management, billing, client meetings and overseeing resource will need to establish relationships with our existing clients to fully understand their needs, maintain ongoing communication and always deliver a first class experience.
You will be developing a strong awareness of the business and sourcing new clients through various sales & business development techniques and networking will manage the entire recruitment process- developing client relationships to attracting top talent, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance and placing candidates, while always providing a positive experience for the candidate and guiding them through the process.
