Job Overview: Corel Consulting is seeking a motivated and skilled Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This remote role involves handling full-desk recruitment responsibilities across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of remote work experience, demonstrate expertise in end-to-end recruitment, and possess a strong ability to attract and manage clients. With flexible hours and potential to transition into a full-time role, this opportunity offers commission for acquiring new clients and increased compensation for those with HR experience.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across multiple industries. Develop and maintain client relationships, providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates. Proactively seek new clients, earning commission for each new client brought on board. Use various recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. Utilize ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines (experience with ATS systems is a plus). Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with business goals and compliance requirements. Participate in the overall growth of the business by expanding the client base and building long-term relationships. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience working in a remote setting. Proven experience in full-desk recruitment across various industries. Ability to manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Project Management Tools is a plus! HR experience is a huge benefit and may lead to increased compensation. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly rate: $18-$20 (depending on experience).
