Recruitment Manager - Construction Professionals Our client is looking for a recruiting manager to join the team focusing on the growth and development of professional hires within the construction sector. Location can be Cork or Dublin. This is a hands-on recruitment manager role.
Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders to understand business strategy challenges and focus recruiting efforts to align with requirements.Develop and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.Proactively review and refine processes to increase recruiter/hiring efficiencies, foster consistency, and support a highly positive candidate experience.Be a champion and stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends.Lead talent team projects related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.Provide reporting and metrics as needed by the business.Requirements: 5+ years recruitment expertise ideally in construction or other technical area.Strong record of success.Strong team management and ability to grow and train teams.Agency recruitment experience is preferred.Strong communications skills.High level of professionalism.APPLY NOW!
