The Role: Source and qualify candidates to meet job requirements (confirm availability, capability/fit and interest) Develop, maintain, and manage client accounts Build a personal book of business using Cpls tools to support your Business Development. Take ownership for personal and professional development Provide coaching and mentoring support to associates and other consultants Lead by example and ensure that Cpl best practices and Core Values are always demonstrated. Develop an in-depth knowledge of industry sector and/or functional area. Ensure a positive contribution to social media mediums to drive networking, candidate identification and develop client relations. Skills required: 2+ years experience in areas such as: agency recruitment, sales, client relationship building, & business development Effective communicator and influencer with great energy and excellent presentation skills Good IT skills Ability to multitask and be delivery focused. Motivated, hardworking, ambitious, resilient with a positive attitude Customer centric Is proficient in working off own initiative.
