Regional Business Manager (Dublin Region) We are seeking a Regional Business Manager to join our client team, based near the Dublin region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations within the Republic of Ireland, with a key focus on building and maintaining relationships across a range of target audiences. These include:
ArchitectsMerchantsMain contractorsRoofing subcontractorsThis is a field-based role that involves managing existing accounts while also driving demand through specifications for well-established natural roofing slate brands.
Key Responsibilities: Manage sales operations in ROI.Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders such as architects and contractors.Generate new business opportunities and increase product demand.Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.Minimum Requirements: Proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to roofing products or building materials.Strong knowledge of the Republic of Ireland market, particularly in dealing with architects, contractors, and distributors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within ROI.Experience in managing accounts and driving new business development.Package: Vehicle Allowance: €500 net per monthCommission: Up to €20kWorking schedule: 4 days on the road, 1 day working from homeIf you are passionate about sales, enjoy working in the field, and are ready to take on a role with development potential, submit your CV via the link provided or call Lucas on 087 447 4456 for more information.
