(Castleknock Area) Currently seeking part-time night shift nurses in Dublin West.
(Castleknock Area) Job Title: Registered General Nurse - Home Support Job Location: Dublin West (Castleknock Area) Hours: Part-time (Monday To Friday) 10.30 - 2.30pm - 20hrs per week Role of Registered General Nurse: To provide safe, quality, person-centred care to and Adult within their home environment.
The successful candidate will be part of a Nurse-led care team providing clinical care in a home setting.
Responsibilities include... Catheter to be flushed on a daily basis Manage enteral feeding and medication Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide excellent evidence-based nursing care, implementing all aspects of care plans based on the needs identified.
Prioritise the needs and comfort of the client.
Promote abilities, independence, and safeguard the client's interests at all times Work closely in partnership with family members and the clinical team Communicate effectively with the client, family, clinical team, and MDT, reporting on the client's clinical needs as required.
Maintain accurate and professional clinical note Qualities: Demonstrate commitment and competence in the care and welfare of clients Promote the recognition of the child as an individual Demonstrate kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect Qualifications & Experience: Current registration on the live register of NMBI RGN/RCN/RNID trained Previous experience in home care is an advantage, full training and support provided Benefits: Competitive salary (€30/hr) Flexible working hours Supportive team environment
