Currently requiring night nurses for Kilkenny city.
Job Title: Registered General Nurse- Home Support.
Job Location:  Kilkenny City Hours: 3 *x 10 hr nights Benefits Starting bonus of €1000.T/C's apply Paid Training Contribution.
Night Duty Flexible.
Attractive rates of pay and employee benefits.
Ongoing training and full clinical support provided by local nurse led team.
Role of Registered General Nurse To provide safe, quality, person centred care to an child within their home environment.
The successful candidate will be part of a Nurse led care team providing clinical care in a home environment.
Responsibilities include...
Provide excellent evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the care plans based on the needs identified.
To prioritise the needs and comforts of the client.
To promote abilities, independence and to safeguard the client's interest at all times.
Work closely in partnership with family members and clinical supervision team.
Communicate effectively with client, family, clinical team & MDT reporting on client's clinical needs as required.
Maintain accurate and professional clinical notes.
Qualities To demonstrate commitment and competence in the care and welfare of customer's needs.
To promote the recognition of the adult as an individual.
Demonstrate kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect.
Qualifications & Experience Current registration on live register of NMBI.
Pediatric nurse experience desirable.
Previous experience in home care is an advantage, full training and support is provided to all candidates.
Employment Type Full-time and part time hours available.
