Co-ordinating signatures for market documents as per process and agreed timelinesCo-ordinating notarisation/apostille of documentsSupporting review of ad-hoc market and legal documentsLiaising with cross-functional project groups e.g. Quality, Legal, FinanceTracking of market documents and statusSupporting any other project requirementsProviding support in order to administer and distribute correspondence and enquiriesAbout Your Skills & Experience For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
2 years of experience working within an administrative role in a fast-paced environmentProven experience with MS Office packages e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, WordPrevious pharmaceutical experience would be desired but not essentialAbility to work under your own initiative and drive tasks to completionGood communication skillsExcellent organisational & time management skillsWhy Viatris?
