A Relationship Manager at SEI is responsible for growing SEI's business through client service excellence.

The role is strategic in nature and requires sophisticated skills to navigate the organization internally in addition to building and maintaining quality relationships with clients and other external stakeholders.
The candidate will be ambitious, driven, comfortable being accountable to specific targets, and have excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and executive.
The candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of Alternative clients.
What you'll do: Lead and coordinate a firm-wide approach to strategic client managementImplement institutional-grade client governance framework, including efficient and effective meetings, KPIs, and action trackersMeasure and be accountable to client satisfaction goalsDrive client service excellence efforts across the organizationProvide thought leadership to clients by staying current with market trends and competitor intelStrategic account planning - create and present annual account plan to senior management that has a clear path to wallet share expansionRepresent the voice of the client to all internal SEI stakeholders and act as the trusted voice of SEI to the clientLead commercial discussions and profitability action plansPoint of escalation for clients and internal teamsSupport sales in new business generation & deal closing effortsProduct solutions – feed the product pipeline and stay ahead of client needs to identify potential future revenue streams to meet market needsThird-party relationship management to enhance SEI's brand awareness with strategic partnersCultivate excellent working relationships with Operations ManagementWhat you bring to the table: At least 10 years' experience in Alternatives funds.
Some experience in private markets is preferableStrong knowledge of Alternative fund structures, various Fund domiciles, and regulatory requirementsA track record in cross-selling and wallet share expansionExperience in Alternatives Operations is an advantageQuality-driven in everything you do – attention to detail and the highest level in oral, written communication, and presentation skillsStrong data management skillsA curious mindset and ability to execute changeAttributes we value: Strong organizational and collaboration skillsFluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essentialEnergetic, accountable, and drivenPositive 'can do' attitude with excellent problem-solving skillsTeam playerExcellent interpersonal and client service skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage time to maximize efficiency and meet deadlinesAdaptableBenefits you can expect: Healthcare for yourself, your spouse, and any dependents under 18 years old.
