Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships. Oversee client corporate transactions, including incorporation, liquidation, and migration, in compliance with local procedures. Review and approve legal and transaction documents in accordance with local policies. Collaborate with the accounting team to manage the financial aspects of specific transactions. Organise and prepare client board meetings promptly and effectively. Participate in client Board of Directors meetings as needed. Identify and pursue commercial opportunities within the client portfolio to drive revenue growth, including upselling opportunities. Partner with the management team to contribute to product development efforts. Requirements: Must have a degree in law, tax, business, accounting, or similar professional studies. At least 6 years of experience in legal or financial services. Strong understanding of capital markets, especially in SPVs, aviation leasing and financing transactions, structured finance, and securitisation transactions.
