Religious & Education Customer Relationship ExecutiveThe Opportunity We are recruiting a Customer Relationship Executive to join our Religious & Education Customer team.
The successful candidate will manage relationships with direct customers including Schools, Parishes, and Religious Orders in the North East of Ireland by working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers.
As part of the Religious & Education Customer team reporting to the Religious and Education Customer Relationship Manager, you will help maximise growth and retention by managing excellent working relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
While the role is officially based in Elm Park, Dublin 4, the team are based around the country in their areas of responsibility working from home, whilst maintaining a level of collaboration in a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with existing customers in the region of responsibility to ensure productive and sustained working relationships and retention of business.Seek out, build, foster, and maintain new working relationships, networks, and alliances to meet goals and achieve results.Proactively manage and service a portfolio of customers and stakeholders in the region of responsibility based on a service plan to effectively manage customer relationships.Prepare post customer visit reports within agreed SLA, utilising Salesforce to record visit details and the actions arising following customer visits.Identify profitable growth opportunities through interaction with direct customers and collaboration with other teams i.e.
Underwriting/Operations/CRM.Understand and communicate the Allianz approach to underwriting and pricing in customer engagements and communications.Act as the escalation point for customers in the region of responsibility and collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers.Play an active role in Religious and Education Customer team projects e.g.
Property Reviews, Pupil Personal Accident Group & Process Improvements.Support the Customer Relationship Manager for Religious and Education to deliver strategic and operational goals.Represent Allianz at customer and market forums/seminars as required.Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance requirements, procedures, and protocols are adhered to.Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Insurance.Full driving license.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Excellent organisation and time management skills.APA, CIP, Dip CII, Grandfathered or ACII.Religious and Education market knowledge.Prior experience successfully managing customer relationships.Prior experience of managing multiple deadlines and priorities.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence people.Regulatory Notice This role is subject to Minimum Competency Code ("MCC") as provided for by the Central Bank of Ireland.
A recognised insurance qualification may be required for this position.
Appointment to this role will be subject to the requirements provided for by the Central Bank of Ireland.
This role is a Control Function (CF-4) and is subject to F&P Standards.
This includes the requirements provided for by the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023.
The successful candidate will be provided with the relevant Conduct Standards (including Additional Conduct Standards) training, where required.
