IT Support Engineer Contract | €250-€300/day | Dublin | Hybrid A client of mine is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin.
This role focuses on providing Level 2 and 3 support across a variety of systems, including Windows, Office 365, and Azure, while contributing to ongoing IT projects and system enhancements.
Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 and 3 support for Windows-based environments, including Active Directory and Office 365.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
Assist with the configuration and management of Azure-based services.
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Document technical solutions and maintain detailed records of support activities.
Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize systems and processes.
Provide guidance to junior team members as required.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a strong focus on Windows environments.
Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services.
Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.
