rincipal Engineer - SRE/DevOp Lead DevOps Engineer Dublin Our client, a market leader in Fintech, needs a skilled DevOps Engineers with Python programming expertise to join their Dublin-based team on a permanent basis.
The role involves developing reliable infrastructure and tools for their trading platform, supporting the migration of platforms and designing procedures for system monitoring.
Senior DevOps Engineer - Key Responsibilities: Deploy automation tools (CI / CD) to facilitate the development and deployment of builds Building and maintaining development, staging, and production environments Set up and execute progressive load tests simulating massive scale involving web sockets Design procedures for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance Secure, store and tightly control access to tokens, passwords, certificates, encryption keys Senior DevOps Engineer Required Experience: 7+ Years of Experience extensive background in DevOps or Cloud Engineering, with a proven history of working in cloud-based infrastructures.
Deep expertise in managing and deploying applications on Azure, with specialized knowledge in Kubernetes (AKS).
Strong grasp of Kubernetes core concepts, including networking, security, scalability, and monitoring, along with proficiency in tools like kubectl, Helm, Ingress, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Familiarity with a wide range of DevOps tools, Chef, Terraform, Jenkins, PowerShell, Experience in using Git/Bitbucket for version control, along with a solid foundation in Java and Go programming languages.
