Senior IT Support Engineer Contract | €270-€300/day | Dublin | Onsite A client of mine is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Dublin.
This role involves providing advanced Level 3 support, managing IT infrastructure, and leading key technical projects.
Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues across Windows and Microsoft environments.
Manage and maintain Active Directory, including group policies and permissions.
Oversee the deployment and support of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
Lead IT infrastructure upgrades and system migrations.
Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for process automation.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in IT support, with expertise in Windows and Microsoft technologies.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure.
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
