Our Vision is to enable Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) to influence and impact Organisational performance through being the source of curated relationships and content.
Senovis is a tech-enabled platform that provides a personalised dashboard of curated, commissioned and created content tailored to meet the self-identified strategic priorities of each individual CHRO and a peer-to-peer connect support, enabling CHROs to network (at their specific peer level) to help influence and impact Organisational performance.
Location: This role will be carried out on a fully remote basis.
Job Type: Part-time contract basis commencing in September.
Contract Duration: Must be available to complete the work in September and October with a possibility of further work beyond this project.
Position Overview: As a Research Analyst, you will be contracted to work on reading and reviewing academic paper summaries in a specific format related to HR and People Management.
Key Responsibilities: Review Summaries: Read and review academic paper summaries in key HR topic areas. Identify key points and findings.Categorisation: Categorise the summarised content in a specific format for easy upload to the Senovis platform.Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and clarity of summaries, adhering to Senovis' standards.Timely Delivery: Complete the summary reviews within the specified timeframe (September to October).Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldDegree level training in research design and statistical analysis with an understanding of which types of analysis can reveal causal relationships and which cannot.Skills & Experience Required: Strong academic backgroundExpertise in HR and People ManagementExperience working in an HR function and introducing a broad range of initiatives across learning and development, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, employee experience, pay and reward, and HR technology.Experience in writing/editing in the HR/People Management field.Strong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThis job description serves to provide an overview of the key responsibilities associated with the contracted role and applicants must be available to complete the work in September and October.
