We now have a fantastic new opportunity for  Reservations Executive  to join our team and contribute to the future success of Killashee Hotel.
Key Requirements: Flexible with hours Experience with Opera preferable but not essential Administration experience Highly motivated with a positive attitude Strong leadership, time management and organisational skills Attention to detail is a must Duties: Manage telephone and email enquiries  Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue Produce quotations and written confirmation to all clients Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business Maintain a thorough understanding of properties facilities and processes.
To ensure that all business leads and opportunities are followed up in a timely manner including enquiries and provisional bookings.  Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate To deal with all clients in a professional and friendly manner To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently To adhere to all Company policies including but not limited to Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc.
To comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment Use of onsite computer systems including Hotsoft, Availpro & ResDiary.
Liaise regularly with relevant managers in relation to reservations To attend hotel meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.  To ensure all business standards and reservations plan are followed in line with policies set out.
