Reservations Manager

MLRare is currently seeking a Reservations Manager for our client, one of Dublin's leading 5* Hotels.
The Reservations Manager will manage the inventory across the hotel, ensuring the maximization of revenue opportunities. The successful person will be excited about guiding, training, and supporting their team and a natural leader that's focused on inspiring employees to own their work and deliver better results.
You will work closely with the Director of Revenue Management and Director of Sales & Marketing to develop strategic action plans for the management of market segments. Other responsibilities include attending weekly meetings, gathering competitor analysis, and keeping the event calendar up to date to make effective strategic decisions.

This role would appeal to an existing Reservations Manager or experienced Assistant Reservations Manager who wants to mould and shape their career towards revenue management.
